package of baby carrots

2-3 med onions quartered
1 cup Irish beer
small cabbage, cut in wedges
Place in crock pot. Add cabbage after 3 hours. Cook another 3 hours.
The meat is not especially healthy. The vegetable haves been doubled and red potatoes used instead of white potatoes.
